Located across the street from the Gorilla Express Auto Wash on the land that once was the renowned Kutter Brothers Lumber Yard. Our sturdy heavy duty floors are built with durable 3/4" treated plywood to withstand the elements. Floor joists are on 12" on center spacings, guaranteed to hold 2,800 pounds per square inch. I shopped for a building for quite a long time. Could not find anything that I felt was a "quality build". I was about to give up and have a "stick" building put up. By chance I stopped in and began to talk with Ryan. He showed me the features/benefits of Diamond built buildings. Such as, 16" stud wall spacing, 12" floor joist spacing with pressure treated flooring. I chose a aluminum roof, and it is over a wood sheeting! I picked the 24x24 dual garage door building.
Ryan is knowledgeable, patient, and tends to under promise and over deliver:) First rain last night on my new shed, NO LEAKS!
I added two 6' transom windows, another window (both insulated). Reasonably priced! All 3 doors shut well and are tight. Just painted the floor with Behr porch and deck. The spot I wanted it located is not level. Ryan hooked me up with Juan and he did an amazing job of prepping the site. LEVEL! Nice guy who knows his stuff.
The two gentlemen who delivered/set up did a professional job. It was cold and snow on the ground but they had 0 issues putting it together. Not rookies, well trained and professional!
Great experience start to finish. Getting it wired and insulated. Looking forward to lots of use.
