The Cape Cod Fusion is available in numerous sizes, with unlimited multi purpose capabilities. The flagship design features a lofted storage building and a greenhouse, but the sky is the limit when it comes to the possibilities. You could have the beautiful 8/12 pitch Cape Cod running one way, and design the opposing angled building the other way for a stylish dual angled cabin. You could have a building designed as one part storage, one part chicken coop, or dog kennel. This revolutionary building style has options, and at Diamond Portable Building Sales, we love to dream up custom designs with our customers.

Base Size Range: 10x20 - 16x50

Included Options: Each Cape Cod Fusion is priced with one 36" double door set, seven 2x3 single pane windows, one 36x72 full glass fiberglass door, one single 36" door with 2x2 transom window, a simple electrical package (6 receptacles, plug & play connection), automatic exhaust fan, ridge vent, 4' deep pergola porch, LP board & batten premium siding, 3/4" treated plywood flooring, and two polycarbonate roof sections for excellent natural light in the greenhouse.

Limitations: The forward facing Cape Cod

section can be up to a 14x16, The other directional building can be up to 50 feet in length.

Customization Ideas: The forward facing sections aren't limited to one. You could always do something like place one on each end on large length bases with the middle section connecting the two with a porch between for an extravagent looking tiny home or office!
