The Bungalow Home
The Bungalow Homes Provide a very comfortable style for an affordable residence for up to three, or even four people if designed correctly depending on the size. One of the features that make this style unique, is the optional fold out side porch option like you see in the picture above. We do of course build this style without it as well, but we think it adds a beautiful outdoor living space to enjoy the sunny spring days, the warm summer nights, and the crisp fall weather. The porch comes as part of the building, and is folded out upon delivery to the desired location. A truly innovative design that completes this style of home. Interior space of this style can go as large as 14x50! With porch, a total footprint of 20x50. We can also complete the porch with stylish railings to really give it that elegant country home look.
Koehn Classic - 14x32
The Koehn Classic Is our flagship style of tiny homes. Designed by Justin Koehn of Diamond Buildings LLC, this was the very first tiny home design we constructed to show customers just what we can do when it comes to fully-finished portable buildings. Since then, the tiny homes and offices, have become a very popular part of the Diamond Buildings LLC product lineup. We currently have one of these on our lot as a display model to show to customers. It is of course for sale to the public, however, the unit we have on site isn't as elaborately staged as the one you see in the pictures above. In most cases, the customer will design one to their exact specifications and color combos.
We offer everything from vinyl plank flooring, interior doors and walls finished with LP Smartside siding, spray foam insulation under the floor, in the walls, and in the ceiling, kitchen counters and cabinets, 100 and 200 amp electrical packages, recessed led lights, porch lights, insulated windows, to french doors. The only thing we can't accomplish is plumbing. Plumbing will be handled by the customers for the time being.
